The best way to understand our leathers is to see them first hand. We'll send out samples of our leathers free of charge and educate you on the nuances of our Full Grain and Top Grain Leathers.

Once You're Ready

Here are the Steps:

Select product options on the Product Detail Page

Configure Options

Select the options such as the leather, length, depth, etc. then add your items to cart and head to checkout. If you'd like one of us to be on the line while you order, open a chat, or call us at 877-888-7632 and we'll be happy to!

Add any customer notes about customizations or special requirements

Customer Notes

Use this area in checkout for any custom options & requests or notes we give you to enter. They are the first thing we look for and will be included in our Detailed Confirmation Process after you submit an order.

We'll send you a hand typed detail order confirmation going over all of the details of your order

Confirmation Process

Once you submit an order, we'll check for Customer Notes then hand-type a line by line detail of your order for review. There's nothing we can't fix or adjust during this process. Once you confirm your order we'll begin production!

After you Order

Once you've confirmed your order we're on our way! Within 24-48 hours after ordering you'll see a 50% Deposit charged to your Payment Type. We'll charge the Remaining 50% when we're releasing the order to the Shipping Carrier. Orders for any In-Stock or Clearance Items will have the full balance charged right about when we're shipping the order.

Order Flow

Production of our furniture takes approximately 8-10 weeks from the time an order is confirmed (updated 3/12/20), and White Glove Delivery will take approximately 10-14 business days nationwide. Here is how the order flow works:

First step is construction of your frame and allocate leather for your order

Frame Construction

Right away, our Craftsman construct your Solid Hardwood Frame and Leather Hides are allocated to your order

Second step is a wait in the order queue for a turn on the upholstering line

Order Queue

Our process is fairly quiet as your furniture awaits its turn on the upholstering line, with updates beginning about a week before your order is ready to ship

We'll let you know when your order enters the final stages of production

Final Stages

About 10-14 days before completion your order will enter the final stage of production where we finish fitting of cushion covers and upholstering

We'll schedule pickup with our White Glove Delivery Carrier

Schedule Pickup

Once your furniture completes, we'll notify you about the scheduled pickup date for your order

We'll send you a photo or two of your order taken just before packaging

Sneak Preview

About the time your order is picked up by our carrier, we'll send a few photos of your order that were taken just before packaging

We'll send you order tracking once the order has been picked up from our factory

Order Tracking

Once pickup has occurred, we'll send a tracking email and your delivery will take approximately 10-14 business days

Place your order, and select a leather when Samples arrive

Leather TBD

This option is popular for customers wanting to get their order into the production queue, or take advantage of a current sale offer, even while waiting on samples to confirm leather selection. When ordering as Leather TBD, you can take up to 2 weeks to make a final leather selection without slowing down production of your order. Simply select "Leather TBD" in the Leather Option list for the product you are ordering. We’ll confirm that option with you after you order, then begin production of your order.

  Taking more than 2 weeks to make a final leather selection? No problem! It will add production time to your order, but we'll never rush you to decide!
